H-shaped in plan, the second floor of the bedroom suites bridge between the two side wings of the home. This mostly opaque volume floats on top of the glass enclosed 1st floor which houses the kitchen, dining room, living room and entry hall. The eastern wing includes the Primary bedroom suite, study and guest suite, while the western wing consists of the boot room, laundry, pantry, housekeeping and office. The garage and rec room are a separate structure, casually angled from the main house, guiding the entry view through the transparent first floor to the water beyond.
The landscape is informal, allowing the garden in the meadow to lead one into the house. The southern, water side is terraced with a fire pit/conversation area, covered outdoor living and kitchen space and a terraced infinity pool.
